Wanda Collins, LPC

I graduated from Arkansas State University in May 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and currently possess a LSW licensure in Social Work.  I returned to Arkansas State in August 2007 to pursue my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling.  I graduated with my MRC in August 2009 and went on to obtain my LPC licensure. I  have worked with children and families for the last 23 years. The last 5 years I have worked as a school based therapist contracting with an agency in a school setting.

I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy through the ARBEST program at UAMS. I use those skills to assist children/individuals with moving past the trauma experienced and have productive lives.

I began my private practice in September 2015 in an effort to continue to work with individuals and families within the community.  I recently became an Adjunct Instructor at Arkansas State University/Newport-Jonesboro Campus.
